Okay, my mid day agg boost, veggies and kyogreens.
Some broccoli that I could finish and some ratatouille juice. Like a v-8.
This will put my volume of food over the top but at a modest calorie expense. Well worth it.
Best part about less carbs is less cooking in general. Go non grain add you can get a lot out of raw food diets. Also, didn’t eat since 2-ish and I wasn’t much hungry. Odd!!!
We got spinach, handful of almonds, can O tuna with 1/2 a cucumber. Probably 10+ ounces of food. AGG ala Tim ferris, and some kyo greens.
Great way to start the day.
